At Jenny Brook, we ship nearly everything day-of-purchase and believe in complete shipping transparancy. No charge is added to your transaction for shipping.
We use Federal Express, UPS, DHL, USPS, DPD and other international carriers. We track your package and delivery with our 5-star shipping partner Tracktor so we can understand and correct any issues before they cause delays. You will receive a tracking code from us directly that will inform you of which shipper (or shippers) will handle and deliver your package and you will be able to understand where your package is at all times. You can also ask for automated updates for your shipment via text or email.
Most products are delivered in 2 to 5 business days. Our suppliers are largely based in the United States. You can return your product within 30 days for any reason. 

Contactless delivery

Our shipping partners including DHL and UPS, offer you contactless delivery. You always receive a notification when your parcel is ready to be delivered. You can then choose a preferred delivery location, e.g. on your doorstep.

In addition to this, there are also other delivery options available. You can for example change the date of delivery if you won't be home on the expected delivery day.

Regular delivery and returns are free. We do not offer express delivery.
